Protect your account

Use a unique password and keep your account security methods under your control. Never share your password, seed phrase, one-time password, private key, or recovery code with anyone, including someone claiming to be support.

If you notice suspicious sign-ins, unexpected account activity, or messages asking for secrets, stop responding to the message and contact support through an official channel. Include a concise description of what happened and when. Do not include passwords, seed phrases, one-time codes, private keys, or unrelated personal information.
