Set up an anti-phishing code to recognize official BYNAI emails
Anti-phishing code
"This code will appear in all official emails from BYNAI, helping you identify phishing attempts." If an email claims to be from BYNAI but does not show your code, do not trust it.
Where to find it
Security > Advanced Security > Anti-Phishing Code ("Set a code to identify official emails from BYNAI."). Status shows Enabled (your code displayed) or Not Set; button Set up or Manage.
Rules
"4–20 letters and numbers only" (letters and numbers only, 4 to 20 characters). Example shown: MYCODE123. Error: "Code must be 4–20 letters and numbers only".
Set the code
- Click Set up. The window is titled "Anti-Phishing Code" and explains "What is Anti-Phishing Code?". An "Email preview" shows how the code looks.
- Enter your code ("Enter code (e.g., MYCODE123)") and click Continue.
- "Security Verification": "Complete all of the following verifications to continue." Select each method (Authenticator, Email, SMS, Fund Password), enter the code and click Verify. Progress shows "Step" with the current and total numbers.
- You see "Anti-Phishing Code Set": "Look for this code in our emails to verify authenticity."
Update the code
Click Manage. The window shows Current code and "Update Anti-Phishing Code" with "New Anti-Phishing Code"; use Update. The same verification applies.
Messages
| Message | Meaning / what to do |

| "Failed to request verification. Try again." | A code could not be sent. Wait and retry. |
| "Failed to save anti-phishing code" | The code was not saved. Retry. |
See the verification codes article for resend and attempts.
