Futures open orders, order history and trade history

Three tabs under the chart on the futures trading page keep track of your orders:

  • Open Orders: orders that are still waiting (not yet filled, not cancelled).
  • Order History: every order that has been filled, cancelled, rejected or has expired.
  • Trade History: each individual execution (fill) with its price, size, fee and realized PnL.

The same tabs (plus Positions) are on the Futures Orders page (title "Futures Orders"), which on a phone you can also open from the order-history icon on the trading page. Spot orders are not available yet, so only futures orders exist.

You must be signed in. Signed out, the page says to log in ("to view your orders").

Open Orders

Where: Open Orders tab (shown as "Open Orders (3)" when you have 3).

Columns: Time, Symbol, Type, Side, Price, Amount, Filled, Reduce Only (Yes or No), Post Only (Yes or No), Trigger Conditions, a TP/SL column, TIF (time in force) and Action.

  • Type shows names such as Limit, Market, Stop Limit, Stop Market, Take Profit Limit, Take Profit Market, Stop Loss Limit, Stop Loss Market and Trailing Stop. For a stop or take-profit order on a pair where you hold a position, the name is the "Stop Loss" or "Take Profit" version.
  • Trigger Conditions shows what price type triggers it (Mark Price, Last Price, or Activation Price for trailing stops), a sign such as >= or <= and the price, plus how far the market is from the trigger in percent. Trailing stops also show "CB:" with their callback rate.
  • Click View in the TP/SL column for orders that belong to a bundled strategy (an "OTOCO" order: "An OTOCO order lets you place one primary order and two secondary orders together. When the primary order fills, the secondary orders are placed; when one secondary order fills, the other is cancelled."). The window shows Order A, B and C.
  • Edit the trigger price of a stop order with the small edit control in Trigger Conditions (trailing stops cannot be edited). A confirmation window Edit Trigger Price appears; success is "Trigger price updated", failure "Failed to update trigger price".
  • Cancel (in Action) cancels one order: you see "Order cancelled" with the contract and side.
  • Cancel All cancels the open orders. If you ticked Hide other symbols it cancels the orders for the current contract ("All orders cancelled": "Cancelled the number shown orders for the contract"); otherwise it cancels across all contracts ("Cancelled the number shown orders across all symbols").
  • Empty state: "No open orders" with "Place a limit or stop order and it will wait here until it fills or you cancel it."
  • While loading: "Loading orders...".

A limit order that is waiting does not change your position. Your position changes only when an order fills.

Order History

Columns: Time, Order ID (the last 8 characters are shown), Symbol, Type, Side, Price, Trigger, Trigger Price Type, Avg Price, Amount, Filled, Status.

Statuses (shown in capitals):

StatusMeaning
NEWThe order was accepted and is waiting.
PARTIALLY_FILLEDPart of the order has been executed; the rest is still waiting or was cancelled.
FILLEDThe whole order was executed.
CANCELEDThe order was cancelled (by you or the system) before it fully filled.
REJECTEDThe exchange did not accept the order.
EXPIREDThe order's validity ran out before it was filled.

The order form also tells you when nothing fills: "No liquidity matched this order type order, so nothing was executed. Try a limit order or a smaller size."

Empty state: "No order history" with "Orders are listed here once they fill, expire or get cancelled." Loading: "Loading history...".

Trade History

Columns: Time, Symbol, Side, Entry Price (the price of that fill), Qty, Quote Qty (the value in USDT), Realized PnL, Fee and Role (Maker or Taker).

  • A "maker" order added to the order book; a "taker" order matched an existing one (see Futures fees).
  • One order can create several trades if it filled in parts.
  • Empty state: "No trades yet" with "Every execution appears here with its price, size and fee."

Time range and paging (all three history tabs)

Order History, Trade History, Transaction History and Position History share these controls:

  • Time Range: 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, All, or Custom Range (pick a start and end date on the calendar). The default is 1 Week. If you cannot find an old order, choose All or a custom range.
  • The history tabs load up to 100 records for the chosen range and show 20 per page; use the page buttons at the bottom.
  • Hide other symbols limits the lists to the current contract.

FAQ

My order is not in Open Orders or Order History. Check the time range (default 1 Week), tick off Hide other symbols, and refresh. If the order is older than the range, choose All.

Why is my order still open? A limit order waits until the market reaches its price. A stop order waits until its trigger price is reached on the chosen price type.

Where do I see the fee I paid? Each executed trade has a Fee value in Trade History. Fees are listed per trade, not per order.

Where is the funding fee? It is not a trade; see the Transaction History type Funding Fee in Position and transaction history.

What are IOC and FOK? "Immediate or Cancel. Fills as much as possible immediately, then cancels the remainder." and "Fill or Kill. The entire order must fill immediately, or it is cancelled. No partial fills." See Order types.

When to contact Support

Send: the contract, order type, side, price and amount, the time you placed it, the Order ID (last 8 characters are fine) and the Status you see, with a screenshot of the row and the time range you used.

Safety reminder

Check the contract and side before you cancel or place orders. Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key.
