Sign in with Telegram

Telegram sign-in is for accounts that are already linked to Telegram, such as BYNAI Rewards accounts. The screen states: "Works only for accounts already linked to Telegram, such as BYNAI Rewards accounts." It cannot create a new BYNAI account; to register use email or a wallet (see the create-account article).

There are two ways Telegram sign-in happens:

1. Login code – on the website, you get a one-time code from the BYNAI bot and type it in.
2. Automatic sign-in in the Telegram app – when you open BYNAI as a mini app inside Telegram, it signs you in by itself.

Sign in with a login code

1. Open the sign-in window or the Sign In page and click Continue with Telegram (in the window it appears with the hint "Log in with a code from @bynai_bot").
2. The screen titled Sign in with Telegram says: "Get a one-time code from the BYNAI bot and enter it here." Follow the three steps:
   • "Open @bynai_bot in Telegram." (You can click Open @bynai_bot.)
   • "Send /login."
   • "Enter the 8-digit code below within 2 minutes."
3. Type the 8-digit code in Login code. The sign-in runs automatically when all 8 digits are entered; you can also click Sign In ("Signing in..." while it works).
4. If your account needs extra verification you then see Security Verification (see the verification article).
5. Use Back to sign in to return without signing in.

The code is valid for 2 minutes. If it expires, send /login to the bot again for a new one. After a failed attempt the code boxes are cleared so you can enter a new code.

Automatic sign-in inside the Telegram app

When you open BYNAI from Telegram, the site signs you in automatically if you are not already signed in. It tries once per launch. If it fails you see a red pop-up: "We couldn't sign you in with Telegram. Close and reopen the app to try again." Close the mini app completely and open it again from Telegram. If your account needs extra verification, the sign-in window opens on the Security Verification step.

After signing in this way, a prompt "You have a voucher ready" may appear: "Bonus funds from your BYNAI Rewards are in your account. Use them to stake with an agent or trade futures." with Use voucher and Later buttons. See the vouchers articles for how vouchers work.

I can't sign in with Telegram

• The bot does not reply with a code: make sure you are chatting with @bynai_bot and send exactly /login.
• The code is always rejected: you may have typed an old code. Request a new one and enter it within 2 minutes.
• It says unavailable: wait a moment and try again, or use your other method if you have one.
• You have no BYNAI account linked to Telegram: this method will not work. Create an account with email or wallet.

FAQ

Can I use Telegram to sign up? No. It signs in to existing, linked accounts only.

Can I add an email to a Telegram account? Your Account page notes: "This account signs in with Telegram. Web3 connect is not available for this account." Email and phone can be managed on the Account page; if the email shows "Not set", the account has none yet.

Is the bot code the same as a 2FA code? No. The Telegram code only logs you in. If the account has 2FA, you will still be asked to verify.

Who should I never give the code to? Nobody. BYNAI staff will never ask for it. Never share your password, codes, seed phrase or private key.

When to contact Support

Include your Telegram username, your account UID if you know it, the exact message, the time, and a screenshot. Do not include the login code.
