Account

Where to find it

Sign in, then open Account from the left-hand menu (Account > Profile). The page is titled Account and has a Profile card with your avatar, your name, your UID, your email and your phone number, plus two shortcuts: VIP Level and Security ("Manage Security").

If you are signed out, the page stays visible and says "Sign in to see your account" with a sign-in button.

Your UID

Your UID is your account's identifier. Click the copy icon beside "UID:" to copy it. Give it to Support when asked; it is safe to share, unlike passwords or codes.

Set or change your nickname

  1. On the Account page, click Edit next to your name. The Edit Nickname window opens.
  2. Type a nickname in "Enter your nickname". Rule shown: "3–50 characters, letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens only."
  3. The app checks availability as you type. You see "This nickname is available" or "This nickname is already taken".
  4. Click Save ("Saving..."). A pop-up confirms "Nickname Updated" / "Your nickname has been updated."

Nickname messages:

MessageMeaning
Nickname must be at least 3 charactersToo short
Nickname must be less than 50 charactersToo long
Only letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens allowedA space or symbol is not allowed
This nickname is already takenChoose another
Failed to update nicknameCould not save; try again. A message from the server may appear in a red "Error" pop-up

The Save button stays unavailable while the name is invalid, already taken, still being checked or unchanged. Your nickname is described as "a unique nickname that will be displayed publicly."

How your public name is chosen

Your name appears in places other people can see, such as referral lists. The app picks it like this:

  1. Your nickname, if you set one.
  2. Otherwise a display name saved on the account, unless it looks like a wallet address or a long machine ID.
  3. Otherwise User- followed by the last 5 letters/numbers of your account ID in lowercase (for example User-a1b2c).

The app does not use your email address as a public name. Wallet accounts never show their wallet address as the public name; they use steps 1–3.

If you change your nickname, the name in the top-bar menu and the sidebar updates with it; if you still see the old one, refresh the page or sign out and in.

Avatar

  1. Click your avatar picture on the Account page and choose an image file.
  2. Allowed types: "JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF". The size limit is 5MB.
  3. A Save button replaces Edit while a new picture is waiting; click Save. You see "Avatar Updated" / "Your avatar has been updated."
  4. The app has no visible button to delete a picture in this version; upload a different image to replace it.

Avatar messages: "Upload a valid image file (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF)" (wrong type), "Image must be less than 5MB" (too big), "Failed to upload avatar". The title of these pop-ups is "Avatar Error" when something fails.

Email and phone on your profile

  • Email is shown partly hidden. If the account has no real email (for example some Telegram accounts) it shows "Not set".
  • Phone Number shows "Not linked" when no phone is attached.
  • Click Change to open the window Change Email or Change Phone Number / Add Phone Number.

Change your email

  1. Click Change next to Email. The window says: "To change your email, verify both your current and new email addresses."
  2. Enter the New Email ("Enter new email address") and your Password, then click Continue.
  3. If your account has 2FA, enter your 2FA Code. You can use Lost access to authenticator? Use backup code (an 8-character backup code) or Use authenticator app instead.
  4. Click Confirm Change. The window Check Your Email says: "We've sent a confirmation link to {email}. Click the link to complete the email change." and "The link will expire in 24 hours."
  5. Open the link to finish. Then you see "Email Changed" / "Your email has been updated to {email}."

Messages: "Enter a valid email address", "Enter a valid 6-digit code", "Enter a valid backup code", "Failed to change email. Try again."

Change or add a phone number

  1. Click Change next to Phone Number. The window says "To change your phone number, verify your identity." (for a new number: "Add a phone number to enhance your account security.")
  2. Choose the country code (Select; error "Select a country code"), enter the number ("Enter phone number"), your Password and, if required, your 2FA code.
  3. Enter the 6-digit codes sent to your phone ("Enter the 6-digit code sent to your new phone"), and when asked to your current phone or email.
  4. Finish: "Phone Changed" or "Phone Added".

Messages: "Enter a valid phone number", "Enter a valid 6-digit code", "Failed to send verification code. Try again.", "Failed to verify code. Try again."

If you registered with a wallet, the windows add: "This account signs in with a Web3 wallet. Linked email is for verification/notifications only." Changing email or phone does not change how you sign in.

FAQ

Can I change my UID? No.

Can I use a space in my nickname? No. Only letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens.

Why does my public name look like User-xxxxx? You have not set a nickname. Set one with Edit.

The phone line says Not linked but I added a number. Contact Support with your UID; this page may not show the number.
