How to sign in to BYNAI
BYNAI has three ways to sign in. Use the same method you used when you created the account.

| Continue with Telegram | Your account is already linked to Telegram (for example a BYNAI Rewards account) |
Social sign-in with other services is not available. The sign-in window shows "Social sign-in is not available yet" for them.
Where to sign in
- Click Log In (or Connect Wallet) in the top bar. A sign-in window opens with two choices: Continue with wallet and Continue with account.
- Or open the Sign In page (title "Sign In", subtitle "Welcome back"). It has the Email and Password fields and, below "Or continue with", the Connect Wallet and Continue with Telegram buttons.
- If you open a private page such as your dashboard while signed out, the page stays visible with "Sign in to see your account" and "Your balances, orders and account settings appear here once you're signed in." Use the button there to sign in without losing your place.
Sign in with email and password
- Choose Continue with account, then "Sign in with email" ("Use your existing BYNAI account"). On the Sign In page the fields are already shown.
- Enter your Email and Password. The eye button shows or hides the password.
- Click Sign In. The button says "Signing in..." while it works.
- If your account has extra protection, a Security Verification screen opens and asks for your code(s). See the article "Verification codes at sign-in".
- After success you see "Signed in successfully". You return to the page you were on, or to the page you were trying to open.
If you reached the Sign In page from a protected page, signing in sends you back there.

Sign-in errors

Other messages are returned by the server and shown in a red "Error" pop-up; quote them exactly to Support.
Things to know
- Wrong method: if you registered with a wallet, the email form will not work, and the Account page notes: "This account signs in with a Web3 wallet. Linked email/phone are for verification and notifications only." If you registered with email, the note reads: "This account signs in with email/phone. Web3 connect is not available for this account."
- Forgot your password: click Forgot password? next to the Password field. See the reset article.
- Already signed in: the Sign In and Create Account pages send you away automatically.
- Staying signed in: BYNAI refreshes your session in the background. If it cannot, you are signed out and must sign in again.
FAQ
I get "Invalid email or password" but I am sure it is right. Try showing the password with the eye icon, remove spaces added by copy-paste, and confirm you registered with email and not a wallet. If it still fails, reset your password.
Can I sign in with my phone number? The sign-in form asks for an email address.
Do I need to connect a wallet to trade? No. A wallet is only one way to sign in.
When to contact Support
Include the email you use (never your password), the exact message, the time, your browser or device, whether you registered by email, wallet or Telegram, and a screenshot. Never share your password, 2FA or email code, seed phrase or private key with anyone.
