Free agent trial with your voucher
What the trial is
A trial lets you stake part of your voucher balance with an AI agent for a fixed number of days. You do not need money of your own. In the app: "Stake your voucher with an agent for [number] days, no money of your own needed. You keep any profit, up to [amount] USDT, and never lose anything." The number of days and the amounts are set by BYNAI and shown on your My Vouchers page.
Rules shown in the trial window under How the trial works:
- "It runs for [number] days, starting tomorrow." A trial starts on the next day (UTC). Until then the trial card shows "Starts [date]".
- "Your profit follows the agent’s real daily results."
- "Profit is capped at [rate]% per day and [amount] USDT in total." The most you can earn is shown on the card as Most you can earn.
- "The amount you use is deducted from your voucher balance when the trial starts."
- "You never lose money. If results are negative, your payout is simply 0."
- "After the trial ends, trade 30× your profit within 30 days to receive it in USDT in your Funding wallet."
How to start a trial
- Open My Vouchers (account menu, then Vouchers).
- Find Trial staking. It says "Use up to [amount] USDT from your voucher balance." If your soonest voucher has an end date it also says "Use it before [date]."
- Press Try staking for [number] days.
- In the window "Try staking with your voucher":
- Under Choose an agent, pick an agent. Each shows "30-day return [value]%" or "30-day return not available yet". Only agents that are active, accepting new stakes and staking in USDT are listed. By default the app selects the listed agent with the best 30-day return.
- Enter the Amount. The hint says "Up to [amount] USDT per trial. Voucher balance: [amount] USDT."
- Press Start trial (it shows "Starting trial..." while working).
- A confirmation titled "Your trial is set" says "[amount] USDT is staked with [agent]. Your trial runs from [start] to [end]." Press Done.
You can run only one trial at a time. If one is running, the button is unavailable and the page says "You can run one trial at a time. Start another when this one ends."
Why the trial button may not be available

Amount and agent messages

Following your trial: Trial in progress
The card shows:
- "[amount] USDT with [agent]".
- "Day [day] of [total]" while it runs, or "Starts [date]" before it starts, and "Ends [date]".
- Results so far (never shown below zero) and Most you can earn.
- "Profit is added once a day, up to [rate]% of your stake per day."
After the trial ends: trade to unlock your profit
When the trial ends the card shows a badge:
- Paying out: the trial has ended and any profit is being sent. "Your trial has ended. Any profit is on its way to your Funding wallet."
- Trade to unlock: your trial earned a profit, but you must trade first. The card says "Your trial earned [amount] USDT" and "Trade [amount] USDT more to receive it in your Funding wallet." A bar shows "[traded] / [required] USDT traded", and a deadline reads "Trade by [date] (UTC)". The rule is to trade a total of 30 times your profit within 30 days. The Trade now button opens a futures trading page.
- If the app cannot read your trading volume right now, it shows "Trade [amount] USDT in total to receive it in your Funding wallet." without the progress bar.
- Once you reach the goal: "Trading goal reached. Your profit is on its way to your Funding wallet."
Example: if a trial earned 10 USDT, you would need to trade 300 USDT in total before the deadline to receive the 10 USDT.
Past trials and what each result means
Past trials lists each trial as "[amount] USDT, [start] to [end]" with its result:

| "No profit this time" | No profit. The agent did not earn during your trial, so you receive 0. You lose nothing. |
| "Expired: trading goal not reached" | Forfeited. The deadline passed before the trading goal was reached and the profit is not paid. |
| "Paying out" | The payout is being processed. |
| "In progress" | The trial is still running. |
A forfeited trial's profit is not paid, and the Assets page shows it as earned 0.
On the Assets page, Vouchers also lists Active trial stake and Past trials with "Staked [amount]" and "Earned [amount]". Trials do not count towards Loss cover used.
FAQ
Can I lose money in a trial? No. If the agent loses, your payout is 0.
Why has my trial not started? Trials start on the next day (UTC). The card shows "Starts [date]".
Why did my profit not arrive? After the trial ends you must reach the trading goal by the deadline. Check Trade to unlock on the card.
Can I get a forfeited profit back? No. Support cannot restore a forfeited trial.
Can I run two trials at once? No, only one at a time.
When to contact Support
Contact Support if you reached the trading goal but the profit has not reached your Funding wallet, or if the numbers on the card look wrong. Include:
- Your BYNAI account ID.
- A screenshot of the trial card and of Past trials.
- The agent name and the amount staked.
- The date and time of the issue, with your time zone.
Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key. Support cannot promise to restore a forfeited trial or to extend a voucher.
