How to get vouchers from BYNAI Rewards in Telegram
How vouchers reach your account
Vouchers come from BYNAI Rewards in Telegram. To bring them over:
- Sign in to your BYNAI account.
- Open BYNAI from the BYNAI bot in Telegram.
- BYNAI brings your Rewards over automatically. You do not need to press anything.
- Open My Vouchers (account menu, then Vouchers) to see them.
The transfer is tried once per browser session. If it ends with a definite answer (see the table below), BYNAI does not try again in that session. If the attempt fails for another reason, such as a network problem, close the app and open it again from the Telegram bot to try again. The app does not show a pop-up for the transfer itself. Its result appears on the My Vouchers page.
If you have a voucher you can use when you open BYNAI from Telegram, a pop-up appears with the amount and the title "You have a voucher ready". Its text is "Bonus funds from your BYNAI Rewards are in your account. Use them to stake with an agent or trade futures." Choose Use voucher to open My Vouchers, or Later to close it. It shows once per browser session and not while you are already on the My Vouchers page.
What you may see on My Vouchers
These messages appear when no Rewards have been brought into your account yet:

The same page also offers Explore agents on these screens. On the "Sign in with your Telegram account" screen it also shows a Sign Out button.
The Telegram-specific outcomes ("No BYNAI Rewards found", "Rewards already added to another account", "Sign in with your Telegram account") only appear when you opened BYNAI inside Telegram in the current session. Otherwise you see "No Rewards brought over yet".

If you see "Open BYNAI again from Telegram and try once more.", your Telegram session is no longer valid. Close the app and open BYNAI again from the Telegram bot.
If you see "Couldn’t connect. Check your connection and try again.", check your internet connection and try again.
What happens after Rewards are brought over
- Rewards that became vouchers appear in your Voucher balance on My Vouchers.
- Rewards cash that has been released can be converted into voucher balance. See the Rewards cash article.
- If you have nothing to show yet after bringing Rewards over, the page says "No vouchers right now".
The Assets page message
On the Assets page, the Vouchers section can say "No vouchers yet" and "Claim a voucher in Rewards, then use it to stake with an agent or trade futures." with a Go to Rewards button. In this version of the website the Rewards pages are not available and that button sends you back to the home page. Vouchers come from BYNAI Rewards in Telegram, as described above.
FAQ
I opened BYNAI in Telegram but I see no vouchers. Check which message the My Vouchers page shows and follow the table above. If you are sure you earned Rewards and the page says "No BYNAI Rewards found", contact Support.
I brought my Rewards into the wrong account. Rewards already added to one account cannot be moved. Sign in to the account that received them.
Do I need to press a button to claim? No. Opening BYNAI from the Telegram bot while signed in does it automatically.
I use the website in my browser, not Telegram. Voucher balance that is already in your account shows on My Vouchers in any browser. Bringing Rewards over needs BYNAI opened from Telegram.
When to contact Support
Include:
- Your BYNAI account ID and your Telegram username.
- A screenshot of the My Vouchers page with the message you see.
- When you opened BYNAI from Telegram, with your time zone.
Support cannot move Rewards between accounts. Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key.
