What Rewards cash is

Rewards cash is money from your BYNAI Rewards (from Telegram) that has been released to your account. When some is available, the Rewards cash section appears on My Vouchers (account menu, then Vouchers). The section only appears if you have released Rewards cash, or if a choice was already made for it.

How to convert it

  1. Open My Vouchers.
  2. In Rewards cash, read "[amount] [asset] from your Rewards can be added to your voucher balance."
  3. Press Convert to voucher.
  4. A window titled "Convert your Rewards?" opens with: "[amount] [asset] will be added to your voucher balance. Vouchers cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Use them with your own funds when staking with an agent."
  5. Press Add to voucher balance to confirm, or Go back to cancel. While it works the button says "Saving your choice...".
  6. The section then says "[amount] [asset] was added to your voucher balance." A Choose an agent button opens the agents page so you can stake.

The amount added is the amount shown in the window.

Important rules

  • The choice is final. If you try again, the app says "You’ve already made your choice for this cash."
  • Converted money becomes a voucher. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and it follows the normal voucher rules, including expiry. See the overview article.
  • Use it together with your own funds when staking with an agent. See the agent stake article.
  • The app does not show any extra staking bonus or lock period for converted Rewards cash. Do not expect one unless the app tells you.

Earlier cash payouts

Some accounts made an earlier choice to receive cash instead. Those show:

  • "[amount] [asset] was sent to your Funding wallet." when the payout is complete.
  • "Sending [amount] [asset] to your Funding wallet. This can take a few minutes." while it is being processed.

The cash option is no longer offered on new conversions in this version. The only action available is Convert to voucher.

FAQ

Can I undo the conversion? No. The choice is final.

Where does the converted money go? Into your voucher balance on My Vouchers. You can then stake with an agent or use it in other ways listed under How to use your vouchers.
