What it is

Deposit Crypto lets you send crypto from another wallet or exchange to your BYNAI account. Every deposit is credited to your Funding wallet (the deposit page shows Credited to with Funding wallet). To trade futures with it, move it to your futures wallet afterwards using Transfer.

Where to find it

  • Click the Deposit button in the top bar. It opens the Wallet pop-up with the tabs Deposit, Withdraw and History. On narrower screens the top-bar button may be hidden.
  • Or open the full page: Deposit Crypto. The wallet menu on that page lists Deposit Crypto, Withdraw Crypto and Transaction History.
  • You must be signed in to deposit.

Step by step

  1. Select Coin. Use the box "Search or select a coin", or tap one of the quick coins (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB) when they are available. Only coins that currently accept deposits appear in the list.
  2. Select Network. Open "Select deposit network" and pick the network you will send on. Each network is shown with its full name and its short code. If you do not pick one, BNB Smart Chain (BSC) is selected automatically when the coin supports it; otherwise the platform's default network is used, or the only network available. If none of these apply, you must choose one yourself. Until you do, the page says "Select a coin and network first" and "Your deposit address will appear after selecting a network".
  3. Read the warning. After you choose a network the page shows: "Only send [your coin] to this address via the [your network] network. Deposits from other networks will not be credited."
  4. Copy the Deposit Address. The address is shown in text and as a QR code ("Scan QR Code" in your other wallet). Use the copy button next to the address. Double-check the first and last characters after pasting.
  5. Copy the Memo if one is shown. Some coins show a Memo field marked (Required). You must paste it in the memo/tag field of the sending wallet. The page warns: "Sending without MEMO will result in permanent loss of funds."
  6. Send from your other wallet or exchange. Choose the same coin and the same network, paste the address (and memo), and confirm the withdrawal there.
  7. Wait for confirmations. The details box shows Minimum Deposit, Confirmations (how many network confirmations are needed), Credited to and Network. See Deposit statuses and confirmations for what each status means.

Things to know

  • The network must match. The same coin can exist on several networks. A deposit sent on a different network from the one selected here will not be credited. The page also warns: "Ensure the sending network matches the network selected here. Depositing via the wrong network may result in permanent loss."
  • Minimum Deposit. The minimum for your chosen coin and network is shown in the details box next to the QR code. Amounts and confirmation counts are set by the platform and can differ per network, so always read them on the page before you send.
  • Addresses. You can view and change your deposit addresses with the arrow next to the address. See Deposit addresses: current, retired and new.
  • Coin not in the list. If you select a coin that cannot be deposited you see: "Deposits are not available for this asset. Choose another asset." Do not send that coin to any BYNAI address.
  • List not loading. If the coin list fails to load you see "Something went wrong" with a Refresh link. Refresh the page before sending anything.
  • Notifications. You get an on-screen message when a deposit is detected, credited, put under review or rejected. See Deposit history and notifications.

FAQ

Which wallet receives my deposit? The Funding wallet.

Can I send a different coin to the same address? No. Send only the coin you selected, on the network you selected.

Can I reuse the address? The page shows your current address and keeps older ones. Retired addresses still receive deposits (see the address article).

My deposit has not arrived. See Deposit not credited.

When to contact Support

Contact Support if your deposit is still not credited after it shows as completed on the blockchain, or you sent on the wrong network or without a required memo. Include: coin, network used, amount, the transaction ID (TxID) from the sending wallet or explorer, the deposit address you sent to, the memo if there was one, the time you sent it, and a screenshot of the deposit page and the History tab.

Safety reminder

Never share your password, 2FA code, backup codes, seed phrase or private key with anyone, including people who claim to be Support. BYNAI will never ask for them. Always copy the address from the deposit page itself.
