What it is

Transaction History lists your deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers. It is the place to check whether a deposit arrived or where a withdrawal is.

Where to find it

  • Page: Transaction History. In the wallet menu it is listed as Transaction History.
  • The History tab of the Wallet pop-up shows your latest items of each kind (deposits and withdrawals, 10 each) with a View All link to the full page.
  • Direct tab links: Deposits, Withdrawals, Transfers.

The page

  • Tabs: Deposits, Withdrawals, Transfers, each with a count.
  • Refresh button reloads the list.
  • Search box: "Search this page by coin, address, or TxID". It searches only the rows on the page you are looking at.
  • Filter by asset with All Assets.
  • Pages: 20 rows per page, with Previous and Next (the Transfers tab loads page by page).

Deposit columns

Time, Coin, Network, Amount, Address, TxID, Status. The address and TxID are shortened; a TxID is a link to the block explorer when one is available. Status shows the label and, while in progress, the confirmation counter. See Deposit statuses and confirmations.

Withdrawal columns

Time, Coin, Network, Amount, Fee, Address, TxID, Status. TxID shows "-" until the withdrawal has a blockchain transaction. See Withdrawal statuses.

Transfer columns

Time, Coin, From, To, Amount, Status (Pending, Completed, Failed or Cancelled).

Mobile

On small screens each item is a card showing coin, network, amount, status and time; withdrawal cards also show the fee.

Empty and error states

  • "No deposits found" with "Your deposit history will appear here"
  • "No withdrawals found" with "Your withdrawal history will appear here"
  • "No transfers found" with "Your internal transfers will appear here"
  • "Failed to load data" with "Something went wrong. Try again." and a retry button. A failed load is not the same as having no history; retry before concluding anything.
  • "No results found" when your search or filter matches nothing.

Deposit notifications on screen

While you are signed in, deposits trigger short messages:

  • Deposit detected - "[amount] [coin] arrived on [network] and is waiting for network confirmations ([received]/[required]). We'll credit it automatically."
  • Deposit credited - "[amount] [coin] is now available in your wallet."
  • Deposit on hold - "[amount] [coin] on [network] is being reviewed before it can be credited. We'll let you know when the review is done."
  • Deposit not credited - "[amount] [coin] on [network] could not be credited. Contact support if you need help." Each message appears once per deposit step, and messages for events that happened long ago are not shown. The history and balances refresh in the background.

FAQ

I did not see a notification. Is my deposit lost? No. Notifications appear only while you are signed in on the page. Check the Deposits tab.

The TxID is "-". For a withdrawal, the blockchain transaction does not exist yet. For a deposit, the TxID column is empty only if none was reported.

Why is the amount different from what I typed? Check the Fee column for withdrawals. See Withdrawal fees, minimums and the amount you receive.

When to contact Support

Include: the tab, the row's coin, network, amount, time, TxID, status text and a screenshot.

Safety reminder

Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key. Screenshots of history are safe to send; hide any codes first.
