Checking an asset and network before a deposit

Use the current deposit instructions

Open the deposit page for the asset you want to receive. Confirm that deposits are available and choose a network supported by both the sending wallet or exchange and the receiving account. Similar asset names do not make different networks interchangeable.

Copy the current receiving address and include a memo or tag if the deposit page requires one. Review any minimum amount or confirmation requirements shown there before sending.

After sending

Keep the transaction reference and check its status on the sending platform and the explorer for the selected network. Then check your BYNAI deposit history.

If the asset, network, address, or memo was wrong, contact Support with the transaction reference and details. Recovery may not be possible. Never send a second transaction to a person claiming it will unlock the first, and never share a private key or recovery phrase.
