How to withdraw crypto

Withdrawals

What it is

Withdraw Crypto sends crypto from your BYNAI account to a wallet or exchange address you control. Withdrawals are paid from your Funding wallet; the form shows your balance as "Available in Funding".

Before you start

  • Your funds must be in the Funding wallet. If they are in your futures wallet, use the Transfer button on the withdraw page ("From" USD-M Futures, "To" Funding Wallet) first. Funds locked in open positions, orders or agent stakes are not available.
  • Vouchers and bonuses cannot be withdrawn. See What you can and cannot withdraw.
  • You must be signed in. Have access to your verification methods (authenticator app, email, SMS or fund password, as your account asks).

Where to find it

  • Top bar Deposit button opens the Wallet pop-up; open its Withdraw tab.
  • Or open Withdraw Crypto (wallet menu: Withdraw Crypto).
  • On the page you also see Transfer and Send to User buttons, and on narrow screens a Deposit shortcut.

Step by step

  1. Select Coin. Search ("Search or select a coin") or tap a quick coin (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL) when more than one coin is available. Your balance is shown next to each coin. Only coins and networks that currently allow withdrawals are listed. If only one coin or one network exists it is selected for you.
  2. Select Network. Open "Select withdrawal network". When several networks exist the app warns: "Ensure the selected network matches the destination wallet's supported network. Withdrawing via the wrong network may result in permanent loss."
  3. Enter the Withdrawal Address.
    • If your Withdrawal Whitelist is on, the field is read-only ("Select a whitelisted address"); tap it, or the address-book icon at its right, and choose an address. See Withdrawal whitelist and address management.
    • If the whitelist is off, type or paste the address ("Enter withdrawal address"). It is checked for the right format; see the errors article for the messages.
  4. Enter the Memo if needed. A memo field (labelled "Memo (Optional)", hint "Enter memo if required") appears for XRP, EOS, ATOM, XLM, HBAR and IOTA networks. For those networks you cannot continue without filling it in. Enter exactly what the receiving platform gave you.
  5. Enter the Withdrawal Amount or tap MAX. The amount you type is the total taken from your balance.
  6. Check the summary. It shows Network Fee, Minimum Withdrawal and You will receive (shown with "~"), which is the amount minus the network fee. See Withdrawal fees, minimums and the amount you receive.
  7. Tap Confirm Withdrawal. The button shows "Processing..." while it works.
  8. Complete Security Verification if asked. A "Security Verification" window appears when the platform requires it. See Withdrawal security verification.
  9. Done. You see "Withdrawal Submitted": "Your withdrawal request has been submitted. Check your transaction history for status updates." The form clears. Follow the status in Transaction History (tab Withdrawals); see Withdrawal statuses.

Important rules

  • "Double-check the withdrawal address and network. Transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed." Blockchain transfers cannot be undone. The app has no cancel button for a withdrawal you have submitted.
  • The receiving network must match the network you selected.
  • The button stays disabled until address, amount and (if needed) memo are valid.
  • After pressing the button, wait for the result and check the Withdrawals tab before submitting again.
  • A security cooldown after changing your password, 2FA, fund password, email or phone, or after adding a new whitelist address, can restrict withdrawals. See the verification article.

FAQ

Where do I see the fee before I confirm? In the summary box under the amount.

Why is my coin missing? Only coins with withdrawals enabled appear. A coin can be available for deposit but not for withdrawal.

Can I withdraw from the Futures wallet directly? No. Transfer to the Funding wallet first.

My withdrawal has not arrived. See Withdrawal pending, delayed or not arrived.

When to contact Support

Include: coin and network, amount, destination address and memo, time submitted, the status shown in History, the TxID if it has one, and screenshots of the form errors or the history row. Use the support chat, the Help Center or [email protected].

Safety reminder

Never share your password, 2FA code, backup codes, fund password, seed phrase or private key with anyone. BYNAI will never ask for them. Check the full address before confirming; attackers use look-alike addresses.
