What you can and cannot withdraw (Funding wallet, futures funds, vouchers)
What you can and cannot withdraw
What it is
The Withdraw Crypto form only lets you withdraw from one place: your Funding wallet. This article explains where your money can sit and what is withdrawable.
What you can withdraw
- The available balance of a coin in your Funding wallet. The form shows it as "Available in Funding", and MAX fills it in.
- Deposits are credited to the Funding wallet, so they are withdrawable once they show as Completed in History.
- Only coins and networks that currently allow withdrawals are offered.
What you cannot withdraw directly
- Funds in your futures (USD-M Futures) wallet. Press Transfer on the withdraw page (From: USD-M Futures, To: Funding Wallet), then withdraw. Funds used as margin for open positions or reserved by open orders are not available.
- Locked amounts. The coin picker shows your balance; locked amounts are not part of "Available in Funding". Agent stakes stay locked for their lock period; see the AI agent articles.
- Vouchers. "Vouchers can’t be withdrawn or transferred. Only profit you earn is yours to keep." When you convert Rewards cash to a voucher, the app says: "Vouchers cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Use them with your own funds when staking with an agent." A voucher is not a coin balance, so it never appears on the withdraw form. See My Vouchers.
- Fee Saver. "It can’t be withdrawn or transferred."
- Bonuses and trial funds that are provided as vouchers follow the voucher rules above. Because trading fees are always paid from your own funds ("Trading fees are always paid from your own funds."), keep enough real balance for fees.
Edge cases
- If a coin shows a balance but is missing from the Withdraw list, withdrawals are not currently enabled for it (deposit-only coins exist).
- If your Funding balance shows 0 but you have funds in futures, transfer them first.
- With vouchers, "Only profit you earn is yours to keep." The app does not describe anything beyond that.
- Spot trading is not available, so there is no spot wallet to withdraw from.
FAQ
Why can't I withdraw my voucher? Vouchers are trading credit and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Why is Available in Funding lower than my total assets? Total assets can include futures balances and locked amounts.
Can I send a voucher to a friend? No.
When to contact Support
Include: coin, the balances you see (Funding and futures), the amount you are trying to withdraw, a screenshot of the form and of your assets page.
Safety reminder
Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key. Anyone offering to "unlock" or sell voucher value for cash is a scam.
