Markets page: prices, top movers, search and favorites

The Markets page shows live prices for the markets you can trade on BYNAI. You do not need to sign in to look at it. Signing in lets your favorites follow your account.

Where to find it

Open Markets. Other pages: Hot, Top Gainers, Top Losers and Top Volume.

Tabs

• Favorites: markets you starred.
• Spot: shown as coming soon. You cannot select it, because spot trading is not available on BYNAI yet. If your last used tab was Spot, the page opens on Futures instead.
• Futures: perpetual futures markets, labelled Perpetual.

Highlight lists

Above the table are four cards: Hot, Top Gainer, Top Loser and Top Volume. Each has a More link to the full list page above. Those list pages show 10 markets per page with the heading for the list, a search box (Search coin name...) and page controls ("Page ... / ..."; "Showing ... of ... coins"; Previous page, Next page).

The table

Columns include Name, Price, Change, 24h High, 24h Low and 24h Volume. On the list pages they appear as Symbol, Price, 24h Change, 24h High and 24h Vol. Prices update live. You can sort by column; the table announces "sorted ascending" or "sorted descending".

A market that has not started trading yet shows an Upcoming badge with "Starts in ...". Check the Announcements page for launch details.

Search

Use the search box (Search markets... on the overview or Search coin name... on list pages) to filter by coin name. Clear search resets it. If nothing matches: "No markets found" and "Try adjusting your filters or search".

Favorites

1. Find the market in the table.
2. Select the star icon (Add to favorites). To remove it, select it again (Remove from favorites).
3. Open the Favorites tab to see your saved markets.

When you are signed in, favorites are saved to your account. When you are not signed in, the star changes on the page only for that visit; the app does not state whether it will be kept, so sign in to keep your favorites. If saving to your account fails, the star returns to its previous state; try again.

Messages

• "Failed to load market data" with Retry: prices could not be loaded. Retry, refresh, or check your connection.
• "No markets found": your search or filter has no match.
• Prices look stale: refresh the page. Prices are live market data and may differ slightly from the price at which your order fills.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I click Spot? Spot trading is not available on BYNAI yet.

How do I trade a market? Select a market in the table to open its trading page. Futures trading uses leverage and carries high risk; see the Risk disclosure.

My favorites disappeared. Sign in with the same account. If you signed in and they are still gone, contact Support.

When to contact Support

Include the page link, the market symbol, the time, the exact message and a screenshot.
