Risk disclosure
Trading crypto assets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for you. Read this page before you trade or stake, and only commit funds you can afford to lose.

Price volatility
Crypto asset prices can move sharply within minutes. Gaps, sudden drops and extended declines can cause large losses, including on positions you are not actively watching.
Leverage and liquidation
Leverage magnifies gains and losses. If your margin falls below the maintenance requirement, your position can be liquidated automatically and you can lose the full margin allocated to it.
Funding payments
Holding a perpetual position means paying or receiving funding at each funding time. Over long periods, funding payments can add up to a significant cost.
AI agent strategies
Agents trade automatically and can lose money. Past returns shown on BYNAI do not guarantee future results. Staked principal stays locked until the chosen lock period ends.
Liquidity
In fast or thin markets, orders can fill at prices worse than expected or not fill at all. Stop and conditional orders do not guarantee an exit price.
Technical and operational risk
Outages, network congestion, connectivity problems or cyber attacks can delay orders, deposits or withdrawals at critical moments.
Blockchain transfers
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to a wrong address or on an unsupported network may be lost permanently. Always check the address and network before you confirm.
Legal and regulatory change
Laws and regulations for crypto assets vary by country and can change, which may limit access to some products or affect how they work. You are responsible for complying with the rules where you live.
No investment advice
Nothing on BYNAI, including agent performance data, market data or announcements, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Make your own decisions and seek independent advice where needed.
This page summarizes key risks and does not list every risk. The Terms of Service govern your use of BYNAI. Terms of service
