Send crypto to another BYNAI user (Send to User)

Assets & Wallets

What it is

Send to User moves coins from your Funding wallet to the Funding wallet of another BYNAI account. It stays inside BYNAI: it is not a blockchain withdrawal, there is no network or address to enter, and the confirmation screen shows Fee "Free". It is different from moving money between your own wallets (see "Transfer money between your wallets").

Where to find it

  1. Click Wallet or go to Withdraw.
  2. Press Send to User (next to Transfer, at the top of the Withdraw page, or beside Select Coin).

You must be signed in and have a balance in your Funding wallet. Only the Funding wallet can be used. If your money is in Futures, use Transfer first.

Steps

  1. Recipient – choose Email or UID, then type the recipient's email ("Enter recipient email") or UID ("Enter recipient UID"). Changing between Email and UID clears the box.
  2. Wait a moment after typing. The app checks the recipient and shows one of:
    • "Looking up..." – checking.
    • "Found: " followed by a masked version of the name or email – the account exists. Check that it is the right person.
    • "User not found" – no BYNAI account matches. Check the spelling, or try the other type (Email vs UID).
  3. Coin – the list shows only coins that you have available in Funding, each with its amount. If you have none, the list shows "Available: 0".
  4. Amount – type an amount or press MAX. Available shows what you can send. If you enter more than that, a red note appears under the amount and you cannot continue.
  5. Press Send. The button is available only when a recipient was found, a coin is chosen, and the amount is above zero and not more than Available.
  6. Confirm Transfer screen shows Recipient, Amount and Fee (Free). Press Confirm & Send (it changes to "Sending..."). Use the back arrow to change details.
  7. Security Verification – complete the verification the app asks for. This can include your authenticator app ("Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app"), a code sent to your email ("Enter the 6-digit code sent to" your email) or SMS, or other methods you have set. Use Send Code / Resend Code, wait for "Resend in" seconds if shown, then press Verify. Messages: "Code sent to" where it went, "Didn't receive the code?", "N attempts remaining".
  8. Success: the screen says Transfer Successful with "Sent" followed by the amount, coin and the recipient, and a Done button. A pop-up Transfer Sent also appears. Your Funding balance and the Internal Transfers list update shortly after.

Things to know

  • Only coins in Funding can be sent. Coins in Futures, Spot or Earn cannot.
  • The recipient must already have a BYNAI account. You cannot send to an email or UID that has no account.
  • The app does not offer a way to cancel or undo a transfer after you complete verification. Double-check the recipient first.
  • If the connection drops while you confirm, retrying the identical transfer (same recipient, coin and amount) reuses the same request, which protects against sending twice. Before retrying, look at your list of Internal Transfers to see if the first one went through.
  • You can send up to 8 decimal places.

Check what you sent

On the Assets page, Internal Transfers lists your sent and received transfers. See the article "Transfer and transaction history" for the columns, filters and statuses (Completed, Pending, Failed).

FAQ

Can I send to someone by their phone number? No. The recipient can be looked up only by Email or UID.

Is there a fee? The confirmation shows Fee "Free".

The coin I want is missing. It is not available in your Funding wallet. Transfer it to Funding first, or deposit it.

My transfer says Pending. See "Transfer and transaction history". If it stays Pending for longer than you expect, contact Support.

Can I get the money back? The app has no cancel or reverse option. Contact the recipient, or contact Support with the details below. Support's help is not guaranteed.

When to contact Support

Include: your account email or UID, the recipient email or UID, coin, amount, date and time, the status shown in Internal Transfers, the exact message shown, and a screenshot. Never share your password, 2FA codes, backup codes, seed phrase or private keys, and never send a verification code to anyone, including someone claiming to be Support.
