What the Assets page is

The Assets page is your home for everything you hold on BYNAI. It shows one Estimated Balance for your whole account, a card for each wallet, your voucher balance, a table of the coins you hold, and your recent transfers to and from other BYNAI users.

Where to find it

  • On a computer: click Total assets in the top bar (it shows your total and has an eye icon next to it).
  • On a phone: tap Assets in the bottom menu, or tap View next to Total assets in the menu.
  • From your profile: open Account and use View all assets in the Assets section.
  • Old links to the Balances page automatically take you to the Assets page.

You need to be signed in. If you are signed out, the account area shows "Sign in to see your account" and "Your balances, orders and account settings appear here once you're signed in."

What you see on the Assets page

  1. Estimated Balance – your total in BTC, and the same total in your display currency below it (shown after "≈"). Under it you see how the total splits across Spot, Futures, Funding, Earn and Vouchers, each with its amount and its percentage of the total. Buttons: Deposit, Withdraw, Transfer.
  2. Wallet cards – one card each for your BYNAI Wallet (or Web3 Wallet), Spot, Futures, Funding and Earn. See "Wallets explained" for what each wallet is.
  3. Vouchers panel – your voucher balance (see below).
  4. Assets table – two views: Coin View and Account View.
  5. Internal Transfers – your recent transfers to and from other BYNAI users, with a View All link.

How the Estimated Balance is calculated

  • The total adds up the value of everything in your Spot, Futures, Funding and Earn wallets, and then your voucher balance.
  • Coins are valued at current market prices, so the total moves as prices move. The figures refresh automatically about every 30 seconds while the page is open.
  • Vouchers are counted 1 voucher dollar = 1 USDT. They are included only in the all-wallets total (the Estimated Balance, the Total assets figure in the top bar, and the "Total value" on your profile and Portfolio page). Vouchers are not part of the Spot, Futures, Funding or Earn wallets, so the individual wallet pages do not include them.
  • A coin that has no market price available is left out of the total rather than being counted as zero.
  • The amounts follow the Currency you chose in Settings ("Display prices in your preferred currency"). The BTC figure is the total converted at the current BTC price.
  • Percentages are cut off (not rounded) after two decimals. A tiny share shows as "< 0.01".

Why two numbers may not match

Where you lookWhat it includes
Estimated Balance, "Total assets" in the top bar, profile "Total value"Spot + Futures + Funding + Earn + Vouchers
Spot, Funding or Earn wallet pageThat one wallet only, no vouchers
Futures wallet pageShown as Margin Balance for the Futures account only, no vouchers
Account View tableSpot, Funding and USD-M Futures only
Portfolio page "Total value"Same total as the Estimated Balance, but its split list shows only Perp, Spot, Funding and Earn

If you have vouchers, the total will be higher than the sum of the wallet pages by exactly your voucher balance.

Hide or show your balances

Click the eye icon next to Estimated Balance (or next to Total assets in the top bar, or next to "Total value" on your profile). The button is named Hide balance / Show balance.

  • Hidden amounts appear as "*" (the top bar shows "**").
  • The choice is saved on your device and is shared everywhere in the app, so hiding it in one place hides it in all of them.
  • The Portfolio page has the same eye button, named Hide balances / Show balances.

Coin View and Account View

Coin View lists each coin you hold across your wallets with: Coin, Total (amount and value), Available, Locked, Coin Price, and Actions (Deposit, Withdraw, Trade). Use Search coins to filter by coin name. Trade shows "Coming Soon" because Spot trading is not available yet.

Account View lists wallets with Account, Amount (in BTC, with the value under it), Ratio and Action (Transfer). You will see Spot, Funding, Cross Margin, Isolated Margin, USD-M Futures and COIN-M Futures. Cross Margin, Isolated Margin and COIN-M Futures always show "--" and "0.00%" because they are not in use.

Hide small balances

Tick Hide assets < 1 USD to hide any row worth less than 1 USD. On the Assets page the tick resets when you reload. On the Spot, Funding and Futures wallet pages the same tick is shared and remembered.

Messages and states you may see

  • "Balance unavailable" with Retry – the app could not load your balances. Nothing is lost; tap Retry or refresh the page. The app never shows 0 in place of an error.
  • "--" instead of an amount – still loading, or temporarily unavailable.
  • "No assets found" – nothing to show. With the search box empty this means "Your assets will appear here once you make a deposit".
  • "Failed to load data" / "Something went wrong. Try again." with Retry – a table could not load.
  • "Vouchers are paused for now. Your balance stays safe.", "No vouchers yet", "Your vouchers have expired.", "We couldn't load your vouchers. Please try again." – states of the Vouchers panel. Your total keeps working even if the voucher panel fails to load; in that case vouchers are simply left out of the total until it loads again.

Vouchers panel

Shows Voucher balance, Usable now (with a hint such as "What you can use today. One order can use up to" the amount shown), Next expiry (or No expiry), and your recent uses. See My Vouchers and the voucher articles for the full rules.

FAQ

Why is my Estimated Balance higher than my Spot, Futures and Funding pages added together? Because the Estimated Balance also includes your Earn wallet and your voucher balance.

Why did my total change without any trade? Coins are valued at live market prices, so the total moves when prices move. Open Futures positions also change your Futures value.

Can I withdraw voucher money? The Assets page does not offer withdrawing vouchers; they are spent from My Vouchers.

Why is the BTC amount different from yesterday while my coins did not change? The BTC figure is your total value divided by the current BTC price.

Is my balance really hidden for other people? Hiding only masks the numbers on your screen. It does not change your account.

When to contact Support

If a balance looks wrong after refreshing, contact Support and include: your account email or UID, which page and wallet you were looking at, the exact figure shown and the figure you expected, the time you saw it, the coin involved, and a screenshot with any message such as "Balance unavailable". Never send your password, 2FA codes, seed phrase or private keys.
