Track your referral earnings, friends and reward statuses
Everything about your referral income is on the Referral page. You must be signed in; otherwise the tabs show "Sign in to view" and a Connect Wallet button. Referral data on the Referrals tab is updated every hour, so new sign-ups and rewards can take a while to appear.
Overview tab
- Staking rewards received (signed-in users): a chart of the USDT you received, with chart period buttons, totals "From stakes", "From profit share", "From level 2 friends" and "Pending", and a "Total received" line. If nothing yet: "No rewards yet. You get paid the moment a friend you invited stakes." The chart shows your 100 most recent rewards ("Chart shows your 100 most recent rewards.").
- Estimate your earnings: pick "Your friend stakes" and the "Lock period" to see what you would earn "When they stake", "Per day from their profit" and the "Total over" the period. It is based on the average 30-day agent return and your profit share, and "Real returns change every day." If agents have no 30-day return yet you see "Agents have no 30-day return yet, so only the stake bonus is shown."
- Your invite link (funnel): three numbers, Opened your link, Signed up, Staked. The hint says "You earn USDT when friends who signed up stake or trade futures." If all are zero: "No one has opened your link yet. Share it to get started." with a Copy invite link button.
- Referral Summary: totals for the date range you choose. Use the presets 1D, 1W, 1M, 3M or Date Range. Cards include Total Commission (USD), Staking & profit (all time), Total Trading Volume, Total Referrals, First-time Trade and Traded. If they cannot load you see "Referral stats unavailable" with a retry button.
My Commission tab
The subtitle says where commission goes: "Spot commission will be transferred to" Spot Wallet and "Futures commission will be transferred to" Futures Wallet (spot trading itself is not available on BYNAI yet). Two views:
- Shared Commissions: commission you earn from your friends' trading (you as the referrer). Columns include Date, Amount and UID.
- Commission Rebate: the fee rebate you receive on your own trades if you were invited with a discount.
Entries are grouped by the hour. You can filter by All Accounts, search, and sort by date. If there is nothing: "No Data" (or "No commissions yet").
Staking & profit tab
This tab covers rewards from friends' stakes and profit.
- A headline with your current rates, a boost banner when a boost is active ("Boost: ... staking rewards until ...") and the pause message "Staking rewards are paused right now. Rewards you already earned stay in your history." when it applies.
- A summary: Total earned, From stakes, From profit, Pending, From 2nd-level friends, and Friends (for example "3 direct, 1 2nd-level").
- Reward history with columns Date, Type, Level, Friend, Agent, Based on, Rate, Reward, Status. Type is "Stake" or "Stake, ... d" (with the lock days) or "Profit". Level is Direct or 2nd level. "Based on" shows what the friend staked ("Friend staked") or the profit counted.
- Empty state: "No earnings yet" with "Share your invite link. When friends stake or their agents profit, your cash shows up here."
- Load error: "Couldn't load your staking rewards" with "Check your connection and try again."
- A "How staking rewards work" box repeats the rules and says "Rewards are paid in USDT to your Spot wallet."
Reward statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The reward is recorded but not paid yet. Profit rewards are worked out once a day after 00:00 UTC. |
| Paid | The reward was paid to your wallet in USDT. |
| No reward | The entry was processed but earned nothing, for example the friend had no new profit above their previous high (losses count first) or the entry was skipped. |
| Delayed | The payout did not go through yet. The app gives no reason or time; if it stays Delayed, contact Support with the row details. |
Referrals tab
"Invited users and rewards data is updated every hour." The table lists your friends with Invitee UID, Registration Date, First Trade Date, Total Volume, Commission and Status (shown as active or pending; any other state is shown in neutral grey). A dash means the friend has not traded yet. You can sort by registration date, first trade date, volume or commission, and search. Empty list: "No Data".
Troubleshooting
- A friend signed up but is not listed: wait for the hourly update, then check the invite-link article for reasons a friend does not count.
- Reward is Pending for long: profit rewards are processed after the day ends (00:00 UTC). Stake rewards are paid once the stake is confirmed.
- Reward says No reward: check whether the friend's profit was above their previous high. Losses reduce later rewards ("Losses count against later profit").
- Cannot find the money in my wallet: the app names both "Spot wallet" and "Funding wallet" for staking rewards and "Futures wallet" for futures commission; check My Assets and your asset history.
- Numbers show "--": data is loading or failed. Refresh or use the retry button.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my commission lower than I expected? Your rate depends on your referral tier, and the friend discount you set comes out of your share. See the Links tab for your current split.
Do rewards from stakes disappear if the agent loses? No. Stakes are locked, so the stake reward "is yours to keep, even if the agent loses later."
When to contact Support
Include your account email or UID, the tab, the date and type of the row, the status and amount, the friend's UID, and a screenshot.
Safety reminder
Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key. Support will not ask for them.
