What a voucher is

A voucher is bonus money from BYNAI, counted in USDT. You use it inside BYNAI so that you risk less of your own money. The app describes it like this: "Vouchers are bonus funds from BYNAI. Use them in the ways below to earn without risking as much of your own money."

The rules that apply to every voucher are shown on the My Vouchers page under Good to know:

  • "Vouchers can’t be withdrawn or transferred. Only profit you earn is yours to keep." You cannot send a voucher to another person or withdraw it to a wallet. Profit you earn with it is yours.
  • "Each voucher expires [number] days after you get it. The one expiring soonest is used first." The number of days is set by BYNAI and is shown on your My Vouchers page. An expired voucher cannot be renewed.
  • "A single order or stake can use up to [amount] USDT of voucher." The limit is shown on the page.
  • "Trading fees are always paid from your own funds." Fees are never taken from a voucher.

Where to find your vouchers

  • My Vouchers page: open the account menu (your avatar) and choose Vouchers, or choose Vouchers in the left-hand menu of the My area. The page title is "Vouchers" and its subtitle is "Bonus funds to stake with agents or trade futures."
  • Assets page: the balance breakdown has a Vouchers item, and there is a Vouchers section with a How to use link that opens My Vouchers.
  • Total assets in the page header: the breakdown includes a voucher line that opens My Vouchers.
  • Futures order form: the Use voucher row (see the futures voucher article).
  • Telegram: if you open BYNAI from Telegram and have a voucher you can use, a pop-up titled "You have a voucher ready" offers to take you to My Vouchers.

What the My Vouchers page shows

When you have voucher activity, the top summary shows:

LabelMeaning
Voucher balanceYour total voucher balance that has not expired.
Usable now"What you can use today. One order can use up to [amount]."
Loss cover used"Only vouchers that covered real losses count. Trials don't."
Next expiryThe date your soonest-expiring voucher ends. It says "No expiry" if none has an end date.

Below the summary you may see these sections, depending on what is switched on for your account:

  • Fee Saver (only if you have a Fee Saver balance or have used it). See the Fee Saver article.
  • How to use your vouchers, which only lists the ways that are open to your account. If a way is missing, it is not available for you right now.
  • Trial staking and Trial in progress (free agent trial).
  • Rewards cash (only if you have released Rewards cash).
  • Past trials.
  • Recent uses, a list of how your vouchers were used. Each line says Agent stake, Trial stake, Futures position or Voucher use, with the date and amounts such as "Applied [amount]", "Used [amount]", "([amount] returned)" and "Still in use [amount]". If you have not used one, it says "You haven't used a voucher yet."

The ways to use a voucher

  1. Try an agent for free (trial). "Stake your voucher with an agent for [number] days, no money of your own needed. You keep any profit, up to [amount] USDT, and never lose anything." See the trial article.
  2. Add to your agent stake. When you stake your own USDT with an agent you can add a voucher on top, up to the share shown on the page. See the agent stake article.
  3. Cover futures losses. "Open a new futures position and turn on “Use voucher”. The voucher can be up to [percent]% of your margin. After [number] min, losses come from the voucher first. Profit is all yours." See the futures voucher articles.

Vouchers also come in through Rewards cash, which you can convert into voucher balance. See the Rewards cash article.

Voucher balance in your total assets

Your voucher balance is included in Total assets when you look at your whole account, and it appears as its own Vouchers item in the breakdown. It is not added when you filter the view to a single wallet such as Futures or Funding. So your total can look different between the two views. Remember that the voucher part of your total cannot be withdrawn.
